3 Signs Of Menopause And Hormones Symptoms

Menopause hormones symptoms make women suffer and bring slight discomfort or worse. Some women may have a hard time because of the changes in hormone menopause levels during menopause. In fact, some of the things you may take as signs of menopause may really be a result of growing older, and not due to changes in estrogen levels.

Irregular Periods
Many women report that their periods become abnormal and irregular during menopause. There is a change in your menstrual pattern, resulting from an uneven rise and fall in the levels of your reproductive hormones. The time between periods and the flow from month to month may be different.
A woman’s menstrual cycle cannot be separated from her hormones, because her hormones, particularly estrogen and progesterone, drive the process. Irregular and longer cycles occur as hormonal regulators become less reliable. Most of the time, simply decreasing our stress, improving nutrition and adding adequate nutritional supplements can provide a natural way to restore regular menstrual cycles.

Hot Flashes
hot flashes hormoneHot flushes are a frequent symptom and are reported by almost 85% of women. You will suddenly feel heat in the upper part or all of your body and red blotches may appear on your chest, back, and arms. Flashes can be as mild as a light blush or severe enough to wake you from a sound sleep.
The exact cause of this phenomenon is largely unknown, though it is believed to be triggered by changes in the temperature controlling part of the brain. The severity and duration of hot flashes varies among women going through menopause. However, avoiding certain triggers will not necessarily prevent all episodes.

Heart Palpitations
If you are consciously aware of your heart beating, you are probably having a heart palpitation. The rapid heart beat will normally be accompanied by a hot flash and is usually nothing to be worried about. Some persons with palpitations have no heart disease or abnormal heart rhythms and the reasons for their palpitations are unknown.

Remember that other medical conditions can be the cause of heart palpitations to include anxiety, anemia, low blood sugar, certain thyroid problems, and mitral valve prolapse, which is a mild deformity in one of the heart’s valves. When it occurs during your bed time, you can change your position and do some deep breathing. If you do have heart palpitations and you have other symptoms such as shortness of breath, dizziness, nausea, pain in the neck, jaw, arm or chest, tightness in the chest, then make sure look into testing for women and heart disease issues and consult your physician.

The menopause symptoms usually last for the whole menopause transition, but some women may experience them for the rest of their lives. The severity or otherwise of the symptoms depend on a variety of factors such as general health, previous surgery and radiation. However, there are a variety of menopause treatments that can be considered to deal with these menopause signs.
